Training Programmes

We offer half and full day interactive training sessions in the following areas;

  • How to increase ticket sales - match tickets and season tickets
  • Customer Service - what is it and why it is important for your business
  • Community Programmes - how to develop and grow a Community Programme as a Charity.
  • Community Programmes - how to use the Community Programme as a marketing tool to sell more tickets, to build your brand and to find commercial partners.
  • Sponsorship - what is it, why do businesses use it, how to build up a sponsorship package and how to sell sponsorship
  • Communication - what is the role of the press officer? How does he structure the internal and external communications within the business and how does he use all channels of communication including e mail, social marketing channels and the web site.

These can be delivered for individual clubs or for groups of clubs who are associated with Governing Bodies. E.g. Over two years we delivered regional training for the Football League called "Fans of the Future" to which the clubs sent 2, 3 or 4 members of staff
