John Oates of Pro Stream has worked as part of the Club Support Unit for over 5 years. The aim of the unit is to provide training, strategy and advice to the Super League and the Championship clubs which will assist them in growing their businesses. The areas of focus are Community marketing, data ethos, sales structure and the development of a club strategy. John has become a valuable member of the team and has built up a high level of respect within the sport for his knowledge, communication skills and commitment.
